Keynote

A talk about what the mind agrees to see

The TEDx is the public version. A conference keynote is built for your room: illusions, decisions, and why a clever audience still gets caught.

Black and white portrait of Magic Mangesh, hands clasped under his chin

Magic Mangesh speaks as a mentalist, not as a motivational act with a quote on a slide. The subject is illusion: what a person is sure they saw, and the decision they make a moment later. Leaders hire it when a conference has already had its strategy deck and still needs the room to notice its own blind spot.

The TEDx talk is Understanding illusions, improving decisions. Watch that before you write the brief. It is the spine. A keynote for your conference is not a repeat of it. The examples move to the industry in the room. The length moves to the slot you actually have. Eighteen minutes and forty-five minutes are different talks.

He is a corporate-safe comedy mentalist, a member of The Magic Circle, London, based in Mumbai and performing worldwide. The keynote can stand alone. It can also sit beside the show, which is a separate booking: one is an argument, the other is an evening. Do not assume a talk includes the full set, or that a show includes a talk. Say which hours you are filling.

English, Hindi or a mix, depending on the room. Send the date, the city, the audience and the slot. Priyanka takes the enquiry on +91 98337 84593 and at magic@magicmangesh.com. Fees follow the brief. If the session is a workshop in which people learn and perform, that is the workshop page, not this one.

A mentalist keynote works when the room is willing to be wrong in public for a minute. If the brief is only applause, book the show. If the brief is a decision the room will still be arguing about at dinner, book the talk.
