Magic Mangesh teaches a piece of magic, then the participants perform it. That is the workshop. Team building, and a practical hour on stress, using the moment just before a person has to do the thing in front of their own colleagues. It is 100% interactive. It is not a speech about mindset with a trick at the end.
The room is usually an offsite, a leadership meet, or the morning after a conference. People who do not think of themselves as performers find out what their hands do when someone is watching. The debrief is about that, not about how the secret works. The secret stays in the room. What they take back is how they behaved when it was their turn.
This is a different booking from the corporate show. The show is him on stage. The workshop is them. Both can sit in the same offsite, on different days or different hours. Do not book one and expect the other. Say which brief you have: entertainment, or a working session, or both.
